Pack weights and measures are approximate and subject to permissible tolerances under applicable Indian food-packaging regulations.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices for certain whole spices are available on request due to market fluctuations.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed by contacting us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or our Contact page. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You authorise us to use your contact details to process and fulfil the order.

We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Full payment or advance may be required before dispatch or delivery, at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Kalyan and nearby areas of Thane district, Maharashtra. Delivery timelines and charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We will make every effort to deliver on time but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural events, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).

6. Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted except in the case of damaged or incorrect goods.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or quality-deficient product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our sole discretion. Opened packs cannot be returned unless found to be defective.
